What this site is

MinutesAI is a free meeting summarizer: paste a transcript from Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or any other source, and get a short summary, the decisions, and every action item with its owner. There is no account, no bot that joins your call, and nothing to install — the notes export as Markdown for Notion, Google Docs, or a recap email.

How it works

You paste a transcript you already have; when you click summarize, the text is sent to our AI provider once to generate the notes and is not stored on our servers afterward. The tool is instructed to use only what is in the transcript — it does not invent names, dates, or tasks. If something is not in the text, it will not appear in the notes.

Why it's free

This is a lightweight static site with a single summarize endpoint, so the running costs are small. A daily limit per device keeps it free for everyone. We may recommend related free tools we build, and any sponsored placement, if it ever appears, will be labeled as such.
