Reading your meeting and writing the notes…
From a wall of transcript to notes you can use
Raw transcripts are long and repetitive — nobody re-reads them. This tool reads the transcript for you and returns the parts that matter: a short summary, the decisions, and a clean list of action items with owners.
It works for anything in transcript form: team meetings, customer calls, interviews, webinars, or a long voice memo you ran through a speech-to-text tool.
Built to stay faithful to the source
- It uses only what’s in your transcript — it won’t invent names, numbers, or tasks.
- Off-topic small talk is filtered out of the summary.
- Action items keep their owner and due date when the transcript states them.
- Output is plain Markdown, ready for Notion, Docs, or email.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of transcripts can it summarize?
Any text transcript — team meetings, sales and customer calls, interviews, webinars, or speech-to-text output. If it reads like a conversation or talk, it can summarize it.
How long can the transcript be?
You can paste a long meeting (tens of thousands of words). Very long transcripts are capped; if you hit the limit, trim to the part you care about and summarize that.
Will it make things up?
It is instructed to use only what appears in the transcript and not to invent details. If something isn’t in the text, it won’t appear in the notes.
Do I need an account?
No. Paste and summarize for free. There is a daily limit per device to keep it free for everyone.
Is my transcript kept anywhere?
No. It is sent to our AI provider only to produce the summary and is not stored on our servers.
