MinutesAI is built to do one job without collecting more than it needs. There are no accounts and no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Your transcript

When you paste a transcript and click summarize, the text is sent to a third-party AI provider (z.ai) solely to generate your notes, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not store your transcript or the generated notes on our servers, and we do not keep them in logs. Once your notes are returned, we hold nothing about the content.

Usage analytics

We use a lightweight, cookieless analytics signal to count anonymous events such as page views and successful summaries. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information.

The free daily limit

To keep the tool free, there is a per-device daily limit. To enforce it we store a short-lived counter keyed to a hashed value derived from your network address — it contains no transcript, no readable address, and expires automatically.

Third parties

Summaries are generated by z.ai (the GLM model family). Your transcript is processed by that provider to produce the summary. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
