Summary, action items & decisions in seconds — your text is never saved.

Never lose a task in the transcript again

The decisions and to-dos from a meeting are usually buried in the middle of a long transcript. This tool surfaces them: it scans for commitments — “I’ll send…”, “can you follow up…”, “let’s have this done by Friday” — and turns them into a clear owner-and-task list.

You also get the summary and decisions alongside, so the action items have context when you paste them into your tracker.

Send tasks straight into your workflow

Export the action items as Markdown and paste them into Notion, a Google Doc, or your project tool. If you run meeting follow-ups through automation, you can route the same notes into your CRM or task tracker with no-code workflow templates.

Frequently asked questions

How does it decide what’s an action item?

It looks for commitments in the transcript — someone agreeing to do something, a request assigned to a person, or a task with a deadline — and lists each as an owner plus a task.

What if no owner is named?

If the transcript doesn’t say who owns a task, it’s listed as “Unassigned” so you can assign it yourself.

Does it capture due dates?

Yes, when a due date or deadline is mentioned in the transcript. If none is stated, the task is listed without a date.

Can I get the summary too, or just the tasks?

You get a summary and the decisions alongside the action items, so each task has context. Use whichever parts you need.

Is it free and private?

Yes — free, no signup, and your transcript is used only to extract the tasks and is not stored on our servers.
